Dr. Colten Bracken, MD

Dr. Colten Bracken is beyond thrilled to be finally returning home after 18 years to open a new Family Medicine clinic in Enterprise.
Dr. Bracken was born and raised in Enterprise where he played football and was a state champion wrestler for the Wolves. Following high school, he served a 2-year religious mission in Russia after which he returned and married his high school sweetheart. He then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University graduating Summa cum Laude. He was accepted to the world-famous Mayo Clinic School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota to study under some of the greatest minds in medicine. It was there he found a passion for the needs of his patients and decided to pursue his calling in Family Medicine. His path then led him to a 3-year residency at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. During his time in Provo, he spent many grueling hours learning the fine art of Family Medicine and even had the opportunity to complete sports physicals with BYU and UVU athletes. Finishing his time at Utah Valley, he was chosen as the chief resident for his final year with the responsibility of ensuring the proper education of his fellow residents.
Following his residency, he worked for 3 years at Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield, UT practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine. Not only did he see patients in his clinic, he also admitted and treated his patients in the hospital and worked extensively in the Emergency Room. He served as the Hospice Medical Director and was very involved in the home care of his patients. After being there for only 2 years, he was chosen to sit on Sevier Valley Hospital’s Medical Executive Committee where he learned the professional side of running a medical practice. He looks forward to sharing this great experience he gained at Sevier Valley with the residents of Southwestern Utah.
As a Board-Certified Family Practitioner, Dr. Bracken cares for everyone in the family from newborns through geriatrics. He has special interests in Pediatrics and Well-Child Checks, Sports Medicine, Women’s Health, Geriatrics and Urgent Care medical issues. He has extensive experience in circumcisions, vasectomies, joint injections, birth control of all forms, skin procedures/biopsies as well as fracture care and laceration repair. Having worked in the Emergency Room for 3 years and 2 years prior to that in Intermountain’s Instacare network, he is well prepared and eager to provide the urgent care that will keep you close to home.
Opening Main Street Family Medicine has been a dream come true for Dr. Bracken and he can’t wait to begin accepting new patients.

April Terry

April Terry, Medical Assistant

April has worked in the medical field for 25 years, enjoying every minute! She began her journey at 19 years old as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She worked for a long-term care facility. After working there for two years, she was hired by Intermountain Healthcare to work in the float pool department. She enjoyed working on the med surgical floor, Labor and delivery, and transporting patients to the operating room.  When April realized the passion she had for taking care of patients, she became a Surgical Scrub Technician, scrubbing in to assist General surgeries, orthopedics, ENT, plastics, and C-sections. She was honorably asked by Dr. Reichman to join his Neurology surgical team.
The past 10 years April has worked as a Medical Assistant in a family practice rural clinic. She been an Advanced EMT for 10 years, volunteering to run on the ambulance for the City of Enterprise and surrounding areas.  She is experienced in the full range of patient care. Compassionate care is obviously at the heart of her job, but genuine compassion is only possible when you have a firm grasp of the medical situation. Engaging with patients and their families is easier when you run a smooth and efficient operation.
April is married to her best friend and home town boy, Brian Terry. She has 4 boys and 2 amazing daughter-in-laws. Her oldest son, Cody and his wife Chelsey, just had their first baby girl, Clark Sydney. Talon and Aspen will be getting married in April 2022. Christopher just returned from Nashville, Tennessee from serving an LDS mission. Her youngest and last son at home is Tyrel. Tyrel loves to play sports, adopt every stray animal and ride his motorcycle.
She is excited to work diligently and productively at Main Street Family Medicine while ensuring that patients are satisfied and comfortable. She is looking forward to lighting the path to better health for our community.

Catharine McAllister

Catharine McAllister, Medical Assistant

Catharine was born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. She attended Brighton High School & graduated with an associate's degree in Health Science in 2008. She went on to become a CNA and explore the medical field. Catharine met her husband country dancing in Salt Lake City. She was working in the Respiratory ICU at that time. They were married a few months later in the Draper Utah Temple in 2009.  They moved to St George a few days after. They really loved living there!
Catharine transferred her job with IHC to work on the Pediatric unit at Dixie Regional Medical Center. She attended Dixie State University with her husband where they both got their EMT certifications. Their 3 amazing children were born in St George: Amos (10), Amelia (8), and Hunter (6). She moved to Enterprise in 2019 and has loved it here! It's a beautiful community full of the most wonderful people and families, and she sincerely loves that they have been able to be part it. When she has some time to herself, she loves to be in the mountains, play sports/games with her family, hang out with family and friends, play the piano, and cook. Catharine’s professional interest continues to be in the medical field and she looks forward to meeting and serving you!

Kirk McAllister

Kirk McAllister, Medical Assistant

Kirk was born and raised in West Valley city (but don't hold that against him, because he played baseball all through high school…We know how E-town feels about baseball). He served a mission for the LDS church in Washington DC, which prepared him to meet Catharine. They attended SLCC while dating then in 2009 married in the Draper Temple. They continued their education together at DSU, including obtaining their EMT certification.
Kirk was hired for the St George Fire Department in 2013 after volunteering for 3 years. He has his Advanced EMT certification and enjoys learning the physiology and pathophysiology of the body. It's extraordinary how professionals can improve the condition of individuals through the application of that knowledge. Kirk obtained an associates degree from UVU in firefighting/emergency care, then in 2019 completed a Bachelor's of Science in Emergency Management. He enjoys playing and watching his kids advance in sports, spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking.

McKenzie graduated with a BS in Psychology and has enjoyed working as the Office Manager for Stapley Pharmacy for the last few years. She is so excited to be a part of Main Street Family Medicine and to help provide a personal and positive experience for each of our patients!
